More than just a venue, a wedding at Chalet View Lodge includes complete planning and design services for all of our clients. We work closely with each couple to create incredibly thoughtful, meaningful celebrations.

PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING

  • Comprehensive consultation to understand your vision and style 

  • Assistance in creation of budget based on your specific goals, desires and priorities 

  • Assistance creating wedding theme and design carried through in all aspects 

  • Vendor recommendations best suited to your style and budget

  • Provide a customized month-by-month task list for you to follow that leads you up to your wedding day

  • Custom layouts of your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception 

  • Creation and distribution of detailed timeline and schedule for all vendors 

  • Assistance with creative and decorative elements 

  • Assistance with rental and décor concept, design and reserving 

  • On-site meeting prior to your wedding to discuss final details and timeline of events 

  • Creation of the minute-by-minute Wedding Day timeline to include:

    • A master timeline and access list prepared for all vendors

    • A full set-up outline and checklist of items prepared for the floral team, décor, rentals and any other miscellaneous items for everyone to follow

    • Shortened version of the timing of events to everyone in your wedding party, if requested

  • Final confirmation of all vendors 

WEDDING WEEKEND

  • Our team will assist in the management of your destination wedding from beginning to end

  • Greeting and management of all vendors

  • Set up of Chalet View Lodge décor for ceremony, cocktail and reception. 

  • Professional styling of event, vignette movement as necessary to carry theme from cocktail hour to reception 

  • Maintain constant communication with all vendors in order to stay within the agreed upon timeline 

  • Greet guests and assist with seating direction
